What we store on your device

This website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar storage:

• Strictly necessary (browser localStorage) — a single first-party value (flywheel_consent_v1) that remembers your analytics-consent choice so the banner only appears once. Treated under UK GDPR as a similar tracking technology to a cookie. Cannot be disabled — clearing it just re-prompts the banner.
• Analytics — PostHog (opt-in) — set only after you click "Accept" on the consent banner. Cookies named ph_* distinguish anonymous return visitors from new ones and tie a session's events together. EU region (Frankfurt). We never capture form text, names, addresses, or clinical content.
• Third-party service cookies — when you follow a link to our booking system (Zenoti) or a social media profile, that third party may set its own cookies, governed by their own privacy policy.

Withdrawing or changing consent

Use the Cookie preferences link in the site footer at any time. It re-opens the consent banner so you can switch your choice without clearing browser data. Alternatively, clear cookies and localStorage for this site in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No retargeting pixels. No session replay of forms. No fingerprinting beyond PostHog's standard anonymous-visitor hash.
